Privacy Policy

This “Privacy Policy” describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from youandeyecosmetics.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1st, 2022. We reserve the right to alter this Privacy Policy at our discretion in order to accord with changing regulatory and business practices.

    Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including but not limited to credit card or electronic payment information, email addresses, and phone numbers.  We refer to this information as “Order Information,” and Order Information and Device Information are collectively and individually referred to as “Personal Information”.

    II. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

      We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to (a) screen orders for potential fraud and suspicious conduct, and, to the extent that you specify, to communicate with you regarding our products.

      We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). Except as specified in this Privacy Policy, we do not use your Personal Information for any other purposes.

      III. HOW DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

      We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this personal information confidential. We may also share information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

      IV. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

        Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep your personal information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when you place an order to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. While we attempt to protect the personal information in our possession, no security system is perfect and we cannot promise that your personal information will remain secure in all circumstances.
