6 tips to repair damaged eyelashes naturally

We’ve all been there whether it's accidentally pulling some lashes out with your lash curler or when some of your bad beauty habits finally catch up to your lashes.

Do you feel the PTSD? Yikes!

Well not to worry, you can get your lashes back and these six tips below will help you learn how (let's talk about eyelash love).

1. Nourish your eyelashes with Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that is believed to help stimulate the hair follicle to grow stronger lashes. My favorite ingredient with Vitamin E is neem oil.

2. Take a break from using your eyelash curler

Give your lashes a few weeks without the lash curler so the follicle can heal.

If you keep damaging the lash follicle, eventually it may not regenerate.

3. Avoid waterproof eye makeup

Since it's more difficult to remove waterproof eye makeup, it's better to avoid it if your lashes are brittle.

You might accidentally pull some lashes out! No thanks! (Have you been there?)

4. Show some love to your lashes with Vitamin B3

Vitamin B3 aka niacinamide helps to increase blood circulation to the lash follicle, helping your eyelashes to heal.

5. Condition your eye lashes with hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is found throughout the body and it can hold up to 1000x its weight in water.

Keeping dry lashes hydrated will help it to heal faster.

6. Cleanse your lashes

I'll always preach this one! When the lash line oil glands are clogged, they get inflamed.

The inflammation of your eye lashes can make it difficult to heal damaged lashes.

That's why keeping this area free from inflammation is important to repairing damaged lashes.
