1. Nourish your eyelashes with Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that is believed to help stimulate the hair follicle to grow stronger lashes. My favorite ingredient with Vitamin E is neem oil.
2. Take a break from using your eyelash curler
Give your lashes a few weeks without the lash curler so the follicle can heal.
If you keep damaging the lash follicle, eventually it may not regenerate.
3. Avoid waterproof eye makeup
Since it's more difficult to remove waterproof eye makeup, it's better to avoid it if your lashes are brittle.

4. Show some love to your lashes with Vitamin B3
Vitamin B3 aka niacinamide helps to increase blood circulation to the lash follicle, helping your eyelashes to heal.
